The Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. Omicron Eta Lambda Chapter (referred to herein as the “OHL”, “we”, “us”, “our”, or “the Chapter”) respects individual privacy. To advance our National Programs and Special Initiatives, and to provide you with a more user-friendly experience on our website, we automatically collect some information and allow some tracking to take place. We are fully compliant with PCI-DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) and do not maintain debit or credit card information on our server. Other personally identifiable information, such as your name and address, is stored on a secure third-party server which is managed by us. Access to our network is restricted to active members of the Chapter.

Our website is not intended for children under age 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under age 13. If we become aware that we have collected any personal information from children under 13, we will promptly delete that information.
